It is both illegal in Switzerland and unethical by the standards of our profession to disclose information obtained from clients. Our policy is to keep all of our affairs of our clients confidential.

There are, however, defined situations under Swiss law when we must disclose information. We encourage you to seek independent legal advice on what those specific circumstances are. As a general rule, they are situations where criminal activity is suspected by the Swiss authorities or where a conviction has been obtained in another jurisdiction.
